Marc joined GVE Inc. as CEO in January 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and has worked in the Oil and Gas and Energy field for over ten years. Previous employers include Solar Turbines Inc., Dresser-Rand Co. and Capstone Turbine Corporation. He has extensive gas turbine (30KW to multi-MW), control systems and Oil and Gas experience and has spent much of his career in sales and marketing as a customer facing representative. Marc’s technical background and marketing and sales experience will facilitate the commercialization of the Vortex Combustor product line. |

Dr. Borissov, a scientist in gas dynamics, as well as combustion and heat mass transfer, came to the United States as a Fulbright Professor where he lectured at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland in College Park. He is regarded as a leader in his field, and has given many lectures on high-efficiency, positive displacement turbines and volume-distribution and flameless combustion. Dr. Borissov has more than 10 years of technology commercialization experience in the United States, and has supervised 85 scientists in Russia. |
