Doctor of Science in Physics and Mathematics
Dr. Borissov, a scientist in gas dynamics, as well as combustion and heat mass transfer, came to the United States as a Fulbright Professor where he lectured at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland in College Park. He is regarded as a leader in his field, and has given many lectures on high-efficiency, positive displacement turbines and volume-distribution and flameless combustion. Dr. Borissov has more than 10 years of technology commercialization experience in the United States, and has supervised 85 scientists in Russia.
